i ordered a flower arrangement on thursday the 18th of September to be delivered to my daughter in Amsterdam on Saturday the 20th of September 2025 and i specifically said they had to deliver in the morning as it was their engagement that day. my daughter told me that the flowers arrived at 19h30. i was so upset and disappointed as i really wanted to surprise them with flowers as we couldnt make it to her engagement party. i will never use them again!!!!!
