“Ordering a large bucket of flowers in Holland for my 85 Y old mother with a vase (easier for an older lady). The flowers arrived without the vase (after long discussions the driver went back to get it) and it was not even worth ½ of the money I spend on the bucket.
NEVER ever I will use their services again!!!”

I bought a bouquet for my mother's birthday 24 hours in advance, the delivery failed to materialise and their phone system has a recorded message with no option to speak to a person. The support ticket I submitted yesterday got replied 20+ hours later, simply informing me that they would refund me. No option to reply.

When questioned about it they just told me that the Post code was incorrect and there is no refund and flowers could not be sent out.
The post code they said that I entered does not even exist anywhere!!

“Euroflorist is a completely dodgy company that does not carry out the service.
We paid a significant amount for the same day flower delivery service as claimed by the company. The flowers were scheduled to arrive on May 21, 2024, but they have been delayed and have not yet been delivered till date.`
We tried following up but the phone onto automated message : no support agent is available.
After constant email follow-up, we were not given a response and when we asked for a refund for the service not being provided, we were outrightly denied.
It is unacceptable that the recipient is being asked to collect the flowers from the post office, as this service is intended to ensure direct delivery to the recipient. At a minimum, the flowers should have atleast been left at the door or with the concierge.
There was no other option but were forced to leave this negative review online.”

I am in the UK and gave this sham of a company £30 to deliver flowers to my friend in Sweden. A simple task, you would think, for a flower delivery service based in Sweden.
Well, no. Yet they could not even do this simple act, and they took my money and will not answer my requests for information or a refund.
It appears that the delivery driver went to my friend's apartment, but (wait for it....) did not ring the intercom!
They sent me an email to say my friend was not in (even when she was) and because of their T&Cs they will try to deliver one more time later that day, then that is it.
I got in touch with my friend immediately and told her to keep alert for them to buzz again. Again, the driver went to her apartment but did not buzz the intercom!
Do not throw your money away on this dreadful company – believe the negative reviews.”
