They do not deliver, then they do not apologise for failing to deliver, it is impossible to get hold of them! I bought a bouquet for my mother's birthday 24 hours in advance, the delivery failed to materialise and their phone system has a recorded message with no option to speak to a person. The support ticket I submitted yesterday got replied 20+ hours later, simply informing me that they would refund me. No option to reply.
I strongly recommend no to use Euroflorist services!
