Ordering a large bucket of flowers in Holland for my 85 Y old mother with a vase (easier for an older lady). The flowers arrived without the vase (after long discussions the driver went back to get it) and it was not even worth ½ of the money I spend on the bucket.
NEVER ever I will use their services again!!!
