I ordered a large pastel coloured bouquet with a bottle of wine to be delivered for a birthday gift...they received 8 yellow roses with NO wine. I complained via email and asked for the wine refund, which they did.

Awful company I paid for flowers to be sent and they were suppose to have free chocolates delivered but there were NO chocolates within the order!! When I complained they just fobbed me off and quite rude with it!! I would not buy from this company again…

They do not deliver, then they do not apologise for failing to deliver, it is impossible to get hold of them! I bought a bouquet for my mother's birthday 24 hours in advance, the delivery failed to materialise and their phone system has a recorded message with no option to speak to a person. The support ticket I submitted yesterday got replied 20+ hours later, simply informing me that they would refund me. No option to reply. I strongly recommend no to use Euroflorist services!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent flower order I placed with Euroflorist. The flowers I received were of significantly lower quality compared to those depicted on your website. The bouquet didn’t have vibrancy and fullness shown in the advertised photo.Roses were completely different from what was advertised on their photo.

My order was NEVER delivered, nor was any reason given as to why? No email...no phone calls...NOTHING! Had something lined up for a friend on her special day and you ruined it!

ROBBERS!! DO NOT USE!!! Arranged some sympathy flowers for a friends loss and they never arrived. When questioned about it they just told me that the Post code was incorrect and there is no refund and flowers could not be sent out. The post code they said that I entered does not even exist anywhere!! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! DO NOT USE THEM!

The order was not delivered, so disappointing. It was my son’s birthday. I had to read the reviews before using eurof’orist.

Euroflorist is a completely dodgy company that does not carry out the service. We paid a significant amount for the same day flower delivery service as claimed by the company. The flowers were scheduled to arrive on May 21, 2024, but they have been delayed and have not yet been delivered till date.` We tried following up but the phone onto automated message : no support agent is available. After constant email follow-up, we were not given a response and when we asked for a refund for the service not being provided, we were outrightly denied. It is unacceptable that the recipient is being asked to collect the flowers from the post office, as this service is intended to ensure direct delivery to the recipient. At a minimum, the flowers should have atleast been left at the door or with the concierge. There was no other option but were forced to leave this negative review online.

I wish I had read these reviews before I gave these crooks my money. I am in the UK and gave this sham of a company £30 to deliver flowers to my friend in Sweden. A simple task, you would think, for a flower delivery service based in Sweden. Well, no. Yet they could not even do this simple act, and they took my money and will not answer my requests for information or a refund. It appears that the delivery driver went to my friend's apartment, but (wait for it....) did not ring the intercom! They sent me an email to say my friend was not in (even when she was) and because of their T&Cs they will try to deliver one more time later that day, then that is it. I got in touch with my friend immediately and told her to keep alert for them to buzz again. Again, the driver went to her apartment but did not buzz the intercom! Do not throw your money away on this dreadful company – believe the negative reviews.

Flowers were delivered three days late and were dead. Customer service link for Germany is a bad url, and there is no other contact available for Germany to resolve the issue. Do not use Euroflorist.

Paasbloemen voor m’n moeder bestelt. Verlepte, miezerige bos. Bezorger ging weg voordat mijn moeder, die met een rollator loopt, open deed. Moeder viel bijna toen ze de doos moest oppakken Ik heb nu al 2 x een klacht via e-mail ingediend en niks gehoord. Wat een vreselijk bedrijf.

with euroflorist it is impossible to have a parcel sent on the requested day. my question is why they take orders when they can't be delivered on the requested day. i ordered a bouquet for my sister which was not sent on the day of her birthday. it is impossible to contact them and ask about the order.

Terrible service- flowers eventually arrived a full week late, missing the birthday! Extremely difficult to talk, chat or communicate with by email. Flowers were nice when they arrived but no apology or compensation for being a full week late and missing the birthday occasion plus the order was placed 2 days in advance of requested delivery date! Shameful!

should be zero. No communication despite 3 emails sent, no live chat working. Not delivered on time and no information that it actually has been delivered. nice flowers but so much different from what I have ordered, and not worth the money as flowers are more simple. won't order again.

Terrible company ! Horrendous customer service ! Flowers were 10 days late, so obviously it had seen better days and when asking what happened they wouldn't care and told us to check directly with the florist ! Run away, don't give them your money !

A so called bouquet of 2 sticks of half dead flowers were able to be picked UP one week too late. Recipient was home, but still just found a card in the mail box, saying no delivery possible. So the flowers were in a box for a week and then looked like someone had changed flowers and left a cheap 2 stick excuse. I wrote to customer service twice to complain, but no answer. I will never use them again.
