Flowers for a funeral were not delivered on the day requested and I was not notified until two days later. Customer services would not process a complaint and only offered re delivery or a refund. Due to an issue on thier website my original order was incorrect and they did not respond to my request for amendment. I used a different florist and a much larger bouquet, for the same price was delivered promptly
