Cannot recommend the service of Euroflorist because the experience today, 8.8.2023. I noticed that the flowers were automatically booked as a next day delivery, but my delivery as a birthday present was needed for the 21.08.2023 for my fiancee. I could not find an icon to change the date of delivery, because I expected a confirmation of the date, and this did not happen. Immediately I contacted the customer service to rectify the situation, but all I could get was that the system did not allow the change of the date. So the flowers will be delivered to an address were nobody is at home and that is acceptable to the Euroflorist as a service as not alternative was offered, like cancelling and starting again. I will not use this service again.
