Flowers were ordered on the 6th of January to be delivered on the 13th to Uccle.
On the 15th the email was sent saying that the flowers can be collected elsewhere. To talk to the customer service I had to wait 20 min. They said that they tried to deliver on the 15th, but nobody was at home, which is not truth. They will take your money and that's all. Stay away from them!
