Please do not use this service; this is the worst online service and a waste of time!
I have ordered a flower arrangement to congratulate a close person for having a baby. I have been bombed with meaningless marketing emails in Swedish (even though I completed the order in English), but no information on the actual delivery was received.
Almost a month later I was informed that delivery would not be made.
This has been the worst experience with an online service and I at suck a delicate and time-sensitive occasion.
