Disappointing Experience with Euroflorist
I recently placed an order with Euroflorist, expecting a seamless delivery, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The bouquet I ordered was delivered to the wrong address, and instead of acknowledging their mistake, the company blamed me for the error. This was incredibly frustrating, especially as I had double-checked the address when placing the order.
What was meant to be a thoughtful gift ended up being a stressful ordeal, and I was left without any resolution or apology from their customer service team. I won’t be using their services again and would caution others to double-check all details when ordering, as mistakes like these can happen, and customer support may not be helpful when things go wrong.
