This was my first time using Teloa, and I must note: It is a great way to pay your mobile phone bill. It beats having to walk into one of the local stores and have to pay an extra $5.00 fee for your own mobile phone bill. Like - "HOW IS THAT A CONVENIENCE! to the customer (s)?!!
