I give them a 1 because I can't go any lower. The items I purchased for my dog was too small. The pajamas has fuzz balls. The shoes were missing a sole from one of them. I purchased a summer bag which came with a stain on it.And Secondly I never received the FREE items. I am done with them,I am going to give Shein a try. GOOD BY TEMU!!!!!!
