“I ordered my products, as a promo that if I spend ten more dollars they will give me a credit. I ordered, and it would give me 2 cents here and 5 cents there, as that was supposed to be getting me closer to the ten dollars to receive my credit. B I'm t as I ordered several items in one lump sum, they turned around and charged me individually, which also took more money for each ones shipping cost. Ended up paying shipping on ten separate items.

“I would give zero stars, if that was an option. Tried to buy something for $7 using Apple Pay. A couple days later, they said my order was on hold due to unusual payment activity and they needed more information. Provided what they requested. Again, a request for even more information. Provided what they asked for. Then they cancelled my order, saying the information was unclear. Really?? If these guys cannot even process an Apple Pay transaction successfully, they don’t deserve to be in business.”

“Customer service is atrocious! I order items for my daughters birthday and for Xmas. Evri lost the order and is not coming. Spoke to them about it refused to do anything until the last day where I woke up with refund. My daughters birthday is a day away and I have nothing. Supervisors are cowards won't talk to you or try to fix your issue. They talk in circles and don't want to give and helpful information or do anything you want to happen. They palm it off to anyone else who the disregards it. It's infuriating, upsetting and provides you with no service at all. Why do they even have one? All they say is we will continue to monitor.
