Despite this clear evidence, Temu and the seller refused to refund my money. Instead, I only received repetitive template messages from customer service for weeks, always promising updates in "2-3 days" without any real solution.
This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid responsibility. I strongly warn other customers: Temu does not respect consumer rights and does not handle refunds fairly.
I will be escalating this case to consumer protection authorities in the EU and Germany (Verbraucherzentrale, ECC-Net).”

But my biggest problem was when I was looking at some patio furniture and had some pop up and you know we all have had those. well while tried to getting them off, I guess I hit it too many times and it ordered the patio furniture by mistake. I made sure because I did not see it ordered so I had to check my card account and there it was. I contacted both my card and Temu ASAP and Temu said they would cancel it. Well long story short it is suppose to be delivered today by FedEx and nobody will do anything. I tried to pick out what I needed with their price they posted but when I went to check out, the prices changed up and charged me without showing the receipt. I had to go back to search for my receipt and found out most of the things I selected to check out was not on the receipt.

“Temu's devious way of doing business is always the same. They advertise a price and then, after you "submit" your order, the advertised price always increases. On my last and final order I wrote down the price of 7 items that totaled $112.89. After I "submitted" my order the price for these 7 items was now $127.95. I cancelled my order and will never again buy from Temu.”
