I had $0.50 left and it said invite one more friend, I invited 6 friends and still have $0.02 to go. I don't have many friends or family that would do Temu so you just end up wasting everyone's time and you get very disappointed and it won't let you pay for the remaining amount. I also had a chance to get a $150 cash back but needed 7 points, $300 later and I still needed 2 points. Simply put I asked for a refund. In terms of getting rewards or discounts SHEIN is the better site to go to, what makes TEMU better is that you don't have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping.”

“there is zero customer service if you have an inquiry. The merch is cheat and sized very small. It doesn't always look as pictured. If you have an inquiry you will get the same, revolving, feedback from an AI generated program and no real answers. With the additional shipping costs from the Local warehouse selections (which is most everything now) you may as well go to Amazon and get your stuff in days, not WEEKS.”
“Absolutely excellent customer service every time. Frankly, way better than Anazon. An example of this outstanding customer service happened today. I was talking to Francis in CS about an issue with a return. I misunderstood the issue and I got upset, I was not nice to her. Francis was so.patuent , she continued to help me and resolved the return issue. She accepted my apology gracefully. Temu has almost same products as Amazon,but for less than third of the price. They have a huge variety of good products at great prices. Their return policy is easy and straightforward.
In sum, I hink Temu has exceptional customer service, a great variety of products, an easy return policy and excellent prices!”
