“In July, I have had 2 orders that said they were delivered but they were not. I am no longer interested in ordering anything from Temu again. I deleted my payment method and my address as well as my email address. I'm done.”
“I ordered a dress in 2 different colors same dress was sent ,dresses were inferior in quality, thread was unraveling and when attempted to reach I encountered aggravation, site was not user friendly,so I contacted PayPal which I use for buyer’s protection and Temu emailed me back and asked that if I removed the complaint and negative review, I would be reimbursed. So much time has been wasted, so Temu refused to refund. I choose not to do business with business that treats their customers as I have been treated, & am only to glad to let consumer beware doing business with Temu.”

“I tried to pay for a ‘free’ mystery box, which was delivery costs only, when I put all my bank details to pay for it, it was sent to a firm in Ireland (Catt-aid provider.com) which is a firm selling on-line course from code-tutor, informing me I had bought a course! A very expensive one. Unacceptable! I now have had to change my bank details. Should know better at my age! Never again Temu!”

“They are trying to charge me $75.00 for a $22.76 order. I’ve tried to find customer service or ANYWHERE to talk to someone and even with Google’s directions, they are false. So far as I can see, they HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE OVERCHARGING ME. I have been mostly happy with them in the past but something is screwy now with their pricing. My sister noticed it too.”
“I have been ordering from TEMU for several years. First thing I ordered was a dress that did not fit. Contacted them through their site, they refunded purchase price and told me to keep the dress. I have only returned a few things and they have been done satisfactorily. I have received a few things that were not useful, but they were so cheap I just kept them. I would advise everyone read EVERYTHING posted about the product before purchasing. I will continue as a customer.”
“They do nothing but scam. I want my funds returned to my original form of payment and instead I get $17 credit for a company I would never consider using again The customer service is the absolute worst. I will consider it a lesson and don’t recommend using them at all”

I had ordered some items and specifically requested they deliver it on the front porch.Absolutely.Do not put it out by the straight, which is exactly what they did and the package was stolen.They refused to resend or credit the items that I never received. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I followed all their return instructions, yet I’m left without the item or my money. I won’t be shopping with TEMU again and would not recommend them to others.”

Did not pick up the merchandise shipped, asked me to go a UPS store to drop it off which is about 15 miles away, or pay 7.99 $ to have UPS come pick it up.
First the merchandise sent was wrong, and then didn’t want to pick it up , the quality of goods they sell is poor and well below par.
I will not buying anything else from them again.”

“ive bought 2 oscilateing fans through temu ,one upstairs one down , the fan upstairs remote does not function very poor i have to hold remote close to use , then fan downstairs after 4 weeks has stopped functioning ,have changed fuse but its dead , temu have refunded me in full but i would not recomend buying these fans, another fan i boight from temu also never functioned ,disapointing worrying , i am good yemu customer but if this type thing happens im not sure to continue being customer.”
