The order took almost 3 weeks to complete (products apparently are shipped from China, no stock in the USA) and I received AAA batteries insteadd of the AA I ordered.. The security procedure is a real turnoff. Sadly, the experieence has not been good one.”

I am over Temu. I have been a fan of Temu for sometime now. Unfortunately I am no longer a fan. I am going to delete the Temu app today. Some of the reasons are - increased minimums, delivery up to 20 days because of something called pre-ordered items and local warehouse, damaged items due to poor packaging. Also, you never know the quality that you’ll be getting and poor sizing. All I would like to do is pick an item pay for shipping and get delivery within five days. This is not possible with Temu. Also, I can’t speak with a live representative only AI. I’m going back to using eBay and Amazon.”
“Products are usually as described, but if they fall short of the description, they are quick to replace or refund. Their measurements and descriptions could be clearer on the site, but their customer service can't be faulted. I'm writing this review to raise the fact that you'll never get a human response from this company. Also, their delivery and shipping times are very unclear and it's hard to track if your orders are complete when they come from different Temu warehouses. This should be their responsibility as the seller, not ours as the purchaser.”

“When I ordered my latest package from temu (5 items) I already knew I'd like to leave a review whether if be good or bad, and I can confirm that they do delviver on time so they do actually post it and they are real physical items. You need to note however the quality is not as good as it looks and you do get a bargain but you also get what you pay for. It takes a little while for delivery, about 2 or 3 weeks but ive read people say shorter. If you're buying clothes please note the sizes are bigger than the uk even if it says on temu they are giving you the UK size, the quality of the clothing is much like amazon's cheap (unless branded)《check as they tell you if it is, if they don't its a knock off.

“Have been conned by this lotseveral times, the prices are cheap for a reason, the goods are nothing more than FACTORY REJECTS/SECONDS that could not be sold in real outlets. Sizes are all over the place, electronics dont work and most items arrive with pieces missing. I ordered a chainsaw that i paid €139 for and it never arrived, that was a year ago and they will not refund me, i also paid for a night vision that arrived with 2 pieces missing, same story they would not take a return or refund. Just check out reviews on Trustpilot and others.

Second of all I have gotten good items from temu but you're running a con temu will trick a person into thinking that they going to get the items because they paid the minimum and the customer never get them and that itself is a disgrace.
