They have therefore had to consult the help line, however, when things go when things go wrong, it is hell on Earth to try and communicate with the agents to get it sorted…I have spent in excess of 11 hours over three days trying to sort out the problems resulting & im I not satisfied, but I couldn’t convey my problems to them as they actually didn’t read them or understand themand therefore with a sigh if huge relief I’ve closed account !”
