When I had to return two items one that was faulty and the other was the right item but wrong size
I found Temu easy procedure for returns and refunds was the best I have ever come across and I have dealt with a lot of company were I had to make the arrangement to get the items back at a cost to me.
However with Temu rapped response and Every postal shop's all over the country I found out that I could return the items back within walking distance from where I lived for free, and the refund was back into my account every quickly.
With Temu and Every postal service there was no messing about GREAT SERVICE WELL DONE 10 OUT OF 10 thank you.”

I was talking to Francis in CS about an issue with a return. I misunderstood the issue and I got upset, I was not nice to her. Francis was so.patuent , she continued to help me and resolved the return issue. She accepted my apology gracefully. Temu has almost same products as Amazon,but for less than third of the price. They have a huge variety of good products at great prices. Their return policy is easy and straightforward.
