“I used to shop at Temu. They waisted so much of my time. I tried to pick out what I needed with their price they posted but when I went to check out, the prices changed up and charged me without showing the receipt. I had to go back to search for my receipt and found out most of the things I selected to check out was not on the receipt.

“They have nice items for the price but, I don't like when they have false advertisement...saying some items are 1 cent and 3 cent but, end up charging full price....that's not right....then have an item for 4.00 dollars and charge certain customers 5.00,6.00, or 7.00 dollars....that is not right and they should treat their loyal customers with respect and give them the right discount.”

“I was looking for an alternative to Amazon but Temu is not it. Costs are a little bit less, but delivery is a longer and returns are pain. I have received more damaged or defective goods from Temu in six months than I have with 15 years of Amazon. When you do a search, they throw everything at you. Amazon does this too, but Temu is way worse. I still use Temu, but only for low cost items that if they are damaged I just throw them away.”

I just bought to goose-neck table stands, the picture shows tablets... I have a 8 inch tablet, but the stand could hold it without it dropping, I believe that is false advertising, and the product muffles the microphone”

“TEMU has been really good if your just doing normal shopping and I give it 5 stars. All this promo to get free stuff and spinning the wheel to get cash back, 1 star. I had $0.50 left and it said invite one more friend, I invited 6 friends and still have $0.02 to go. I don't have many friends or family that would do Temu so you just end up wasting everyone's time and you get very disappointed and it won't let you pay for the remaining amount. I also had a chance to get a $150 cash back but needed 7 points, $300 later and I still needed 2 points. Simply put I asked for a refund. In terms of getting rewards or discounts SHEIN is the better site to go to, what makes TEMU better is that you don't have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping.”
“Everything everyone has said below is very true. And I may not be a computer genius, but these games they play are definitely not user-friendly. Confusing. Definitely tricks you into spending money you don’t intend. And be careful for the shipping costs. Sometimes it’s not worth purchasing the item.

“Temu has claimed several times I have not returned items, but I have a receipt from ups. i DO NOT FIND ANY WAY TO DISPUTE. I have some more items going back but they will not take them without the ones that already sent back, so, I don''t have them! now it seems they won't let me return anything!!! I hope TEMU isn't going to s**t!!!
Side note , up until recently I have been pleased with TEMU purchases. Some of the quality is not 100%, those are the things I return.”
