“Prices are good and so far I have gotten free shipping. I have only ordered clothing so far. It is not the best quality but good for the price. I had to make one return and it was simple. I went to UPS store and they scanned a code and printed label. Refund was fast. My reason for I only 3 stars is shipping speed. It is awful. It sits in customs for days and then takes a few more to get to US. Then I have to deal with our abysmal post office which took 4 days to go 50 miles.”

“If you want to buy some traditional Chinese things like lanterns or some decorations, you can try this website because they are not expensive. Usually the price should be 10~20% cheaper than in the United States. If you buy more, then you should save some. However, don't buy wigs or other items that may not fit you (complete garbage). I didn't even know how to get return, so I just dumped.
Don't believe the website when they say you saved hundreds of dollars...I don't know why they do such a stupid thing because we shop all the time and we know what the price range is. I bought several small backpacks and the quality is really not good so I give them away.

“I've spent lots of money with Temu, cheap goods that ALL represent value for money but suit my needs. Biggest problem is being promised offered free/discounts that you can't get unless you spend more money on following days. Refunds and any complaints have been dealt with immediately and satisfactorily and only represent a very small part of my dealings with Temu.
I have dumped several items into the bin rather than complain as my time far outweighs their value.... but... I've got lots of little bits/things only because they're so cheap. 😎”
