I've spent lots of money with Temu, cheap goods that ALL represent value for money but suit my needs. Biggest problem is being promised offered free/discounts that you can't get unless you spend more money on following days. Refunds and any complaints have been dealt with immediately and satisfactorily and only represent a very small part of my dealings with Temu.
I have dumped several items into the bin rather than complain as my time far outweighs their value.... but... I've got lots of little bits/things only because they're so cheap. 😎
