Instead, I only received repetitive template messages from customer service for weeks, always promising updates in "2-3 days" without any real solution. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid responsibility. I strongly warn other customers: Temu does not respect consumer rights and does not handle refunds fairly. I will be escalating this case to consumer protection authorities in the EU and Germany (Verbraucherzentrale, ECC-Net).
