Prices are good and so far I have gotten free shipping. I have only ordered clothing so far. It is not the best quality but good for the price. I had to make one return and it was simple. I went to UPS store and they scanned a code and printed label. Refund was fast. My reason for I only 3 stars is shipping speed. It is awful. It sits in customs for days and then takes a few more to get to US. Then I have to deal with our abysmal post office which took 4 days to go 50 miles.
