“TEMU has been really good if your just doing normal shopping and I give it 5 stars. All this promo to get free stuff and spinning the wheel to get cash back, 1 star. I had $0.50 left and it said invite one more friend, I invited 6 friends and still have $0.02 to go. I don't have many friends or family that would do Temu so you just end up wasting everyone's time and you get very disappointed and it won't let you pay for the remaining amount. I also had a chance to get a $150 cash back but needed 7 points, $300 later and I still needed 2 points. Simply put I asked for a refund. In terms of getting rewards or discounts SHEIN is the better site to go to, what makes TEMU better is that you don't have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping.”

Definitely tricks you into spending money you don’t intend. And be careful for the shipping costs. Sometimes it’s not worth purchasing the item.

I have some more items going back but they will not take them without the ones that already sent back, so, I don''t have them! now it seems they won't let me return anything!!! “Why I prefer Shein to Temu.I submitted an order to Shein and Temu on exactly the same day. Shein delivered really quick, Temu....well still waiting..they try and passify you with R20 with delayed deliveries but ONLY valid if you use it on a next order. One gets bombarded with discount offers on a daily basis, Temu inflates the prices to then offer a "discount" which is actually the regular price on Shein or less. Please do your homework on pricing. Shein has a 'love' heart button where one can store liked items..with Temy anything that you like and might want in the future has to go in the cart, to be harrassed on a daily basis by Temu.. I have ordered from Temu before and the items EVENTUALLY delivered were to satisfaction. Clothing duties/taxes were extremely high”

“I have gotten some good items from Temu. If you don't want to ship from overseas, there are local places to order from. But, you have to read the description, and see what kind of material it is or what the dimensions are, just like anywhere else you order from. What I don't like about Temu is the constant "coupon bundles and free prizes". They tell you to pick a certain amount of items and you're saving $, but the prices are a lot higher than they usually are. Like a pair of shoes you normally see for $12 will be $24. You don't have to take part in the bundles, I don't. I also don't like how they telI you to hurry and buy the item in your cart because it's almost sold out. I do not believe this, and I wish they would stop that. I gave them 3 stars because of the shady bundle offers and hurry and buy pop ups and because they need to make their vendors say exactly what a product is in the description.If it's a chair, say it's a chair, if it's a picture of a chair, say it's a picture. Don't get me wrong, there are good vendors on Temu, who include all the accurate information and have quality products at low prices.”
“This was a great website. Many bargain prices for quality items. Beware. Some delivery companies will take pictures of your home including your address and front door and post it on the web page. Temu will not remove these! Information and security will be at risk. You will have to hire a lawyer. I suggest shopping somewhere else from now on.”
“Some things I got from Temu were right . I guess you have to read the fine print and not rely on the picture. Sizes are blown up to appear larger . I ordered a lamp but when I got it was a piece of plastic with a picture of a lamp printed on it.”
