“Use my card so many times to buy items from temu, now this last time for some reason they said that it was a possible fraudulent charged so I went to my email I told him I recognize the charge I approved the charge with my email and Bank went back use the card the payment went through and then he moved put it on hold and told me they want my bank statement. Yeah I don't think so. I don't get it and I bought so many things and pay for so many things with the same two cards and now all of a sudden it's an issue. Ridiculous! And where it asks how quickly the company replied to your queries? They don't ever!”
“Your supplier sent the wrong rug. It looked nothing like what I ordered. The shipping box was badly damaged and I couldn’t find a box to ship it back. Long story short I ended up with a product I couldn’t use and no way to get a refund. Poor customer service.”

“Temu’s claims delivery “5 to 15 business days”. In real world: Orders placed on Day 1, Items picked and “shipped” Day 4, Arrived at airport, wait for flight Day 12, Customs clearance Day 13-14. Out for Delivery Day 15. Transit time service can improve and shortened between “shipped” and to airport. Not happy with the long delays.”
“I have used Temu so much. Ya their quality isn't the best. Prices are compatible with my shein and Ali accounts. My biggest issue is their promotional events. You need to spend lots of money and buy lots of items to reach the end of events. Then once you finally after months of playing events daily purchasing lots of items to reach end they refuse to give you rewards you won. They always state you haven't completed event. I am in that situation now. I am tired of being screwed and insulted. I also refuse to try over again to see perhaps this time I can win free items but not a chance. I am done with Temu and take the thousands of dollars I spend on Temu at Christmas time shopping and shop at Shein and Ali. Quality and delivery time are not any better but being treated as a valued customer is a lot better”
“Does the Temu website really have to show that pinwheel for discounts all the time? It’s so annoying - my suggestion is, I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way - customers just want to go straight to ordering and not have to use the spinning wheel. “Never take part in games or free items. You will have to place orders amounting a thousand dollars on temu and work for one year then you will be able to hardly claim a couple of free items worth ten or twenty bucks.
It is not quite simple that you will get free items just in one day, or one week or one month. You will have to play games place orders , make investments and spend time, refer to and invite friends and they will also have to work and purchase on temu then you will be able to get a couple of free items of cost ten to twenty dollars”

“Many of my order I bought before were of poor quality. Without temu's own review and hard to find return info, I had to throw them away. Later I found out that there was one return point, and the return time was very short, which was very inconvenient, so I had to give up.
Now it's even worse. I haven't received some of my orders. I called as requested, but they said they would investigate and then hung up on me while I was on the phone with them. It's been a while and I haven't heard from them yet.
I've wasted $, and the return period is short and difficult. Lost items are neither replaced nor refunded. I absolutely don't recommend buying from temu.com unless it's specifically for Chinese decorative items.
PS. now they also charged shipping fee (even thought your order over $100.)”

“Most of the things I have gotten from to move have been decent the other part have been horrible products and getting things from them takes forever and they hardly ever update shipping progress I bought a lot from them over time but I believe now I'm done”
