I have used Temu so much. Ya their quality isn't the best. Prices are compatible with my shein and Ali accounts. My biggest issue is their promotional events. You need to spend lots of money and buy lots of items to reach the end of events. Then once you finally after months of playing events daily purchasing lots of items to reach end they refuse to give you rewards you won. They always state you haven't completed event. I am in that situation now. I am tired of being screwed and insulted. I also refuse to try over again to see perhaps this time I can win free items but not a chance. I am done with Temu and take the thousands of dollars I spend on Temu at Christmas time shopping and shop at Shein and Ali. Quality and delivery time are not any better but being treated as a valued customer is a lot better
