“It takes a long time to recieve the items you order and they get your money right away, they offer free items but not really free, just a way to get you to spend more money I know I've tired and months later still haven't received anything free and weeks later still haven't received the items I've paid for. Just be careful ordering items and be willing to take a lost.”
“The products themselves are nice, it’s when you’re ordering they “scam” you. they give you flashing lights and coupons. For example. “SPEND $30 get an item free.” You spend the $30 and it says “check out to claim rewards”… so you checkout thinking the next item would be free. As it states. “Claim your free item” as you search for something of your liking, you finally find something you’d like. You click it. And at the top of you screen it will say “spend another $60 to claim the FREE item!… brother…. That’s what I just did. ‘And you already checked out for the $30’ for no free item.
They also run the same scam with coupon codes, the more you buy the closer and closer you get, if you actually spend enough. It will repetitively hit you with you need to buy ONE MORE THING!!
Or oh! No! Your $0.03 away from your $100 in coupons.
It’s like gambling but you literally never win…
If you use this only get the items you will pay for, don’t count on using coupons or free items because they just get you to spend more and spend more and spend more and spend more and so on….
The photo below is, I bought $30 on items for a “free gift” i checkout. And it says spend $60 to claim your free gift and a $177 in coupons. Which wasn’t the original promotion.

“You don’t get things as stated. One- cent items never happen. You always have to spend set amount. Then if you do , you are charged regular price. If you check 1 cent items end up cost more than that. They know how to get you to spend more”
“I wanted to purchase a cordless impact wrench which I did. I made my purchase decision based on the ad on the Temu website (which I have proof of) that stated that it came with 2 x 20V 4.0 Ah batteries and 1 charger. When it arrived, it only contained 1 battery. When I contacted both Temu and the manufacturer, they both stated that my impact driver only came with one battery no matter what the misleading ad on the website stated and that they would not send me another battery unless I paid for it.”
“Temu traps you into doing promotions and makes false promises about free gifts. There are multiple steps after these promotions that require time. The promotions hide the fact that they are time sensitive and hard to locate while temu continues to throw 2-5 more promotions at you while youre just trying to claim your free gifts from the previous days. I will not be using temu anymore 👍 I would label Temu “Dishonest”.”
“As long as you use Raven Force couriers I will never order again. Any package that was to be delivered by them never shows up. Last order said they couldn't deliver because of traffic. Give me break we live in the countryside where there is no traffic.”

“Most items lately have been much smaller than pictured. It appears to be a purposeful deception. The set of three chests show them sitting on a floor next to a book shelf. When I received them, the largest one was not even 6 inches across. The dragon fly art, is shown on a fence and look to have an 18 inch wingspan. The wing span is not even 6 inches. The jute bags come in a set of three. They are shown holding apples, and onions and hanging on a rack. The bags are useless, as they are so small. Some clothing items are not sized appropriately and are much smaller than expected. My husband wears a 3x. Shirts he has bought from there, fit me! (Size M)Other reviews are reporting that the item they ordered was smaller than expected, so it appears to be a problem with many things you offer.
So, why not return the items? I had to look online to see how to return them. Return Addresses are not always present and neither are return slips.
When something does come and is as expected, it is of good quality and certainly not overly expensive.”
“I have spent more money with temu then any other place, including the grocery store! I have farmed in the farm trying to get"free gifts". Let me tell you, thousands of $$ later, i still haven't watered enough. I almost had it to 100% but suddenly the percentage changed back down to 95.9%. i ordered for Christmas, got double, charged double. returns are too big of a pain to return. Things i didn't order showed up and money taken from my account. Their app and the referrals are addicting meant to keep you hooked on trying to teach a goal that is not obtainable. Referred people who have never shopped temu. Got no credit it for all the stuff they purchased and then my referred person discovered $400 extra missing from her account. Temu use to be a great place to shop but the money earned had gone to their head. Prices have increased to retail prices as well. I uninstalled the app and am going to stop spending my money with temu. They won't give one free gift, and i refuse to spend one more$$ till they do.”
