“Temu Customer Service is one of the best you can have. They are courteous and attentive. They always try to have your problem solved most of the time. If they can't ,they give you a very good reason why.”

“I've ordered about $2k worth of stuff from temu over the past year. In the orders that were late I got $5 credit, it was 3 orders out of about 35. I ordered a heated jacket that said it came with a battery and it didn't and they gave me my money back and let me keep the jacket. A few other items had been missing but they always gave me credit for them. I have had no problems from temu in the past year that I've been shopping with them. If I have to complain about anything it would be the wait. But it's coming from China so 11 days isn't that bad.”

I have ordered from the local warehouse twice, the 1st came 9 days late, I'm in Florida, it started in NJ, then went somewhere, then to Opa Loca, about 30 miles from me, then a few other places before arriving at my house. I was given a partial credit but it was frustrating.
I ordered another product from the local warehouse in Chicago, took 5 days to leave that warehouse, then to multiple locations, then to Opa Locka, now to Indiana.
No more local warehouse purchases. Besides charging $2.99 for delivery, takes longer than coming from China.”

“I’ve found the products good value, especially the wooden toys, hair accessories, cushions, etc. The standard delivery is always prompt. I’m not a fan of the discount wheel that feels like gambling and I don’t like making decisions in a rush. However I’m writing this review because post office in Australia only gave me 1 of 2 packages of one of my orders & returned other one to Temu. Even though this isn’t the company’s fault, they still offered me a voucher & refunded the money into my account without me even asking. This is businesses authenticity. Temu is our go-to for absolutely everything that’s become so overpriced here! Thank you Temu.”

Tried to call the shopping company and told a 3 hour wait!! Tried to use their app chat The bot said they would connect me. Half hour later, still waiting”
“I really had no problem with their electronic products (audio jacks, audio cables, etc.). Once I ordered baseballs shorts engraved with my last name. Took some time to arrive but product was as advertised. They have an office on Massachusetts if that helps and customer service can be reached there just outside of Boston. I’ll keep ordering”
