I've ordered about $2k worth of stuff from temu over the past year. In the orders that were late I got $5 credit, it was 3 orders out of about 35. I ordered a heated jacket that said it came with a battery and it didn't and they gave me my money back and let me keep the jacket. A few other items had been missing but they always gave me credit for them. I have had no problems from temu in the past year that I've been shopping with them. If I have to complain about anything it would be the wait. But it's coming from China so 11 days isn't that bad.
