“Frankly I don't know why Temu has such bad reviews. I have ordered several times from them and never had any problems. The product are mostly low to medium quality indeed, but always arrive on time, and they immediately refund the money if you're not happy with some product, usually do not even require that you send it back. “I just read an article about Chinese Merchants being outraged about I t Temu's "Refund w/o Return" policy. Let me give you the answer. It's simple and effective and it will put an end to this BS that Chinese Merchants are screaming about.
SHIP ITEMS IN BOXES!!! when you ship things in ridiculously tightly taped bags, things WILL get broken, corners of metal signs WILL get bent. I'm going to step out on a strong limb and say that 95% of your complaints are that things are damaged and the shipping bags are damaged.
Now, why should the consumer be saddled with paying to ship products back to Temu, in whatever country they were shipped from when the fault is on Temu and HOW they ship purchases?? The tape is SOOOOO tight and anything that goes through the mail handling system is going to get banged around and either damaged or broken.

“I’ve been ordering for Temu for about a year. Most of the products are of adequate quality. Some of the products have dupes on Amazon that sell for twice as much. I have never had a problem with them anything I don’t like they immediately, immediately issue a refund. Actually, it’s the best company I have found for a refund. That being said, I’ve ordered some things that were very cheap and guess what when they arrived they look cheap. Other things were perfectly fine including clothes. I suggest you take the leap. “I haven't had any problems with my items from Temu. I've ordered several times and have received in a timely manner considering where it is shipped from. I have had a problem with open packages which I feel happens with UPS. I also have enjoyed playing the games up until now but now they take way to long to win $20 worth of prizes. I have been shopping online with Temu for over three months since April 2024.
I had purchased over 25 or more items from Temu such as:
Walking shoes, t shirts, books, Chinese arts paper, batteries, musical instrument such as Chinese flutes, pants, coats, etc
The below is my shopping experiences with Temu:
1. Prices are really cheap.
2. Quality is excellent of what you had paid for.
3. Shipping usually takes about ten days. Temu will give about $5 credit if shipping is delayed.
4. Communication of orders confirmation, shipping status, delivery status are through emails.
5. When you are ordering, you make sure to read in details regarding sizes check when you are ordering clothes, or any items related to sizes requirements...
6. Chinese arts supplies such as pre mounted Chinese arts papers, brushes, Chinese rice papers are of very good quality , excellent prices. And their Chinese arts books are of very good prices and you could not founded in US.
General speaking, Temu is really a good Chinese online discounted store where you can find many household items, arts supplies, clothings, shoes, etc that you like if you can wait for delivery date of about 10 days.
So far I have been receiving my orders on time and I am very happy with Temu.
But you make sure you read and review the items that you want to buy carefully.”
