I do not buy large, more expensive items, I primarily stick with clothes, some jewelry, shoes , that sort of stuff.
I have absolutely loved some of my clothes, others not so much, but they are cheap clothes. As far as returns, I’ve never had any problems. I ask for a return label, it’s emailed to me, and as soon as I take the return package to the PO and it’s scanned, it only takes a day to see my refund reflected as a credit. Secondly, I always read the description of the product properly, as couple of time the product arrived was too small ,but again I should not blame Temu for that . (The right address on the package but delivered to the wrong house.) Temu replaced one order,and it was the fault of the postal service. Not a bad place to order from.”

The sizing on clothing is inconsistent but I think its because the are buying close outs and inconsistencies in sizes is really a universal complaint. Every manufacturer creates their own sizuung measurements.”
