“When I got the one cent sell I was not able to get the items. They kept asking for more money. If they don't want you to get the penny items why offer it?”

“ive bought 2 oscilateing fans through temu ,one upstairs one down , the fan upstairs remote does not function very poor i have to hold remote close to use , then fan downstairs after 4 weeks has stopped functioning ,have changed fuse but its dead , temu have refunded me in full but i would not recomend buying these fans, another fan i boight from temu also never functioned ,disapointing worrying , i am good yemu customer but if this type thing happens im not sure to continue being customer.”

When I opened the box and tried to assemble it, I realized that there were missing, pieces that didn't fit properly.
I tried to contact Temu to find out how to return it and get A refund but keep getting an error message.
Now I have an expensive item that I cannot return or use.”
“I bought a little laptop table to study in bed. The legs didn't have good balance and was leaning on ones side, so I returned it. I returned it on June 16 and I have constantly keep track of my refund. The last time I viewed my return details was today and they say your refund issued and you should receive your refund by June 28-July 12. I shouldn't take this long! That's just not right! Temu may have a lot of cheap stuff but I hate their agressive marketing strategies that sometimes I feel like it is harrassment. Thanks.”

“fund for late delivery is no Good although they have low prices, their deliveries are never on time. And a R 20 refund for delayed delivery is no money. Probably so low because everybody outside of the country gets late delivery.
They give free delivery, yes, but you pay vat and import fees. And again customs fees when arriving in South Africa. You bargain to get your order in time for events you host and never get it on time.”

“It’s getting more expensive than Amazon. I found the exact same product on Amazon for $10 cheaper. Also, most products are now marked as shipped locally which means paying $3 shipping fee unless you buy $30 worth products from the same seller. Multiple sellers- multiple shipping fees.
Its getting to a point where it feels like cheating”
“Temu used to be a good deal for the money spent. NOT that way now! Say it however you want to. Temu used to be “ no middle man”. Products came straight to your mailbox from china. 1/3 of the price here in the USA. Not the case now! Everything mostly is “local” . Added shipping cost and the prices went up also. So called local companies get the savings now that you used to get. The product still comes from China but is marketed through “local”. The middle man came back into play. It was good while it lasted.”
“I ordered a fire pit from Temu, after ordering the fire pit, Temu said notices saying that it was on its way. After 3 weeks I got a notice that fire pit was discontinued. They have never refunded me my money. I have wrote their customer service and kept getting the run around.”

“I have shopped with Temu for over 3 years. I can honestly say I have been happy with 95% of the products I bought. Temu has now shifted to local warehouse purchases with include shipping fees unless you spend $30 with a specific vendor. What is frustrating is the process and time it takes to find items from one vendor. I bought from Temu in the past because of free shipping and the ease of shopping. I am done shopping on this site until they change back to the previous shopping model.”
“You advertise free items for purchases of a certain amount. I have never seen any of these called free gifts since day one of orders made.
You say so much on an item to get someone to buy. In the end the customer gets second rate items that are rarely usable.”
