fund for late delivery is no Good although they have low prices, their deliveries are never on time. And a R 20 refund for delayed delivery is no money. Probably so low because everybody outside of the country gets late delivery.
They give free delivery, yes, but you pay vat and import fees. And again customs fees when arriving in South Africa. You bargain to get your order in time for events you host and never get it on time.
