One was 45 one was 50 and one was 48 so I have returned the two large ones the sleeves were far too long also. Returning stuff isn’t straightforward either but it won’t stop me using Temu, I just won’t order another coat”

“I've been ordering on temu for a while and in general I am very pleased. Returns are easy and refunds ok. However I have an outstanding order that is taking forever to be delivered. It was ordered on 28th June and is still in transit! All orders since have arrived within a couple of weeks. Why is it taking so long?”
“A few of the products look and fit as expected. A few others such as dresses were small fitting. Although I ordered a size up, the dress still did not fit. I have an issue with the quality of the materials. Dresses, and even shoes, pretty as they are, feel like rubber or plastic. As many say, Temu is hit or miss. I am tired of not being sure that my clothes will fit. Games of making you spin a wheel to get a reward to buy so thing else is not played by any other online retail but Temu and SHEIN. And then when you win, you must buy something else to get the discount. They are exhausting. Too much hassle.

“Ordered twice from them and a third ordered yesterday. So far, adequate. Clothing quality is dicey. I ordered some tops to wear under sweaters and they were fine. Ordered a couple of necklaces and were fine also. I would not order anything consumable like cosmetics. Shoes, I would measure my foot and use the centimeter size. Orders came on time and as ordered. No damage. If I have any trouble I will drop them fast.”
“Good prices, however, sizes of shoes are different often between different sellers, non of them give a width. The same with mens clothes, chest sizes are different depending on the seller, pants are another problem none of them show inner leg length. Hence I've stopped looking for shoes or clothes.”

I spent over 60 pillows on father's day stuff and bought a belt for my husband, he had it on for one hour and it completely fell off the buckle, I was mad. Another time I bought a pair of beautiful purple boots for me, they were my size but felt like there was a big piece of metal in the front and I couldn't walk without it hurting. Why would they sell cheaply made items, shouldn't be legal!!”

“The items are usually as described, however some things aren't the same shade of color or as cute as pictured.Seems everything is well made but I have to order up sometime 2 sizes bc the measurements aren't always exact.At least not on me.Temu has been good to allow returns for original payment credit or temu credit.However,I wouldn't use my bank account,I always use a card.Theres been charges that don't add up to my purchase and customer service claims not to see anything but my purchase charge. I ordered 4 items and was charged for 5.When I contacted customer service I was told they didn't see it.There's a French word for that..bologna! Since temu has been so good to refund and not ask for the item to be returned I'm not pushing the issue since it's only 8.69.Its just sad they say items are refunded yet claim not to see extra charge on my order, it's unaccounted for in my order and it's on my card.Just watch if u order.”
“For purchases over NZD 40, shipping should be free. However, I placed an order for NZD 57, and NZD 67 was deducted. Previously, for my order of NZD 117, NZD 127 was deducted. Please check the orders before checkout, as it seems more is being deducted than should be. I have tried to inform [the company/customer service], but I have not received a prompt reply.”
