“I have ordered from this company so many times I can't count. Never had a problem until the last 2 months. I never received a package and it was hell trying to get a credit. Used my credit and they sent junk I never ordered. I will no longer buy from this company”

“I’ve ordered several items from Temu over the last 3 months, and all but 1 item were actually well made, quality items. Delivery takes longer than Amazon, but often prices are lower for the exact same item (same brand and all). I’ve contacted a Temu shop with questions and received prompt answers in English, and last week created an accidental order, canceled within 15 minutes, and they already processed the cancellation / refund. My only negative is sometimes their shipment tracking is not always up to date. My caveats are, I’ve never purchase clothing from them so no feedback on quality or sizing, and after Trumps tariffs, I only purchase items sitting in local US warehouses (which are clearly labeled as such), so there are no customs delays. Overall a good experience, with the exception of all the Vegas style advertising pop-ups. Those are super annoying.
My advice is, try them for yourself; there are a lot of negative reviews but that has not been my experience.”

It s the new trend now: these shopping sites just let you deal with missing items. "Contact the transporter" is the new way of saying "Deal with it if you have time and patience"< Do they know how USPS operates???? This is lame!”
“I ordered from Temu and received items that were not as described — wrong size and color. I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to refund me without a return, even though I explained I had no time due to an urgent event.
They offered generic replies and stalled for over a week. I’ve now filed a payment dispute with JazzCash.
Be cautious — if something goes wrong with your order, Temu may not help you.”
“I Was given two free offers with my order. Both disappeared at check out and I was told I did not complete all of the actions to claim either offer. Sure wish I had been told that at checkout. I would not recommend using this website. It's advertising is very misleading. They don't live up to their numerous free offers.”
