I ordered from Temu and received items that were not as described — wrong size and color. I contacted support multiple times, but they refused to refund me without a return, even though I explained I had no time due to an urgent event.
They offered generic replies and stalled for over a week. I’ve now filed a payment dispute with JazzCash.
Be cautious — if something goes wrong with your order, Temu may not help you.
