Temu will entice you with ‘free gifts’ that are all basically garbage. And then you get charged on your credit card for said free gifts. Customer service will take a ticket and then do nothing about it . I was charged hundreds of dollars for garbage.
They will then flood your emails and texts with offers if $100 in free credits. But when you actually go to select items ..:.you will not see your credits anywhere or against your purchases. Avoid their products and service model at all cost. You will have better luck at a dollar store
