Got product that had piece missing and cannot be returned as it was depressed in plastic to make it fit in box. When I opened it was gigantic- not as shown in picture, missing a piece of foam and downright ugly as well as 2x bigger than I thought. I cannot repress foam to return, I called and I got A.I. who wanted my cc to join something. Shame on you. I will not be a return customer. Customer service is number 2!
