because you are sending items that was ordered before and after a while you sent it again and charge my credit card again. we have to go to so much trouble in returning it. i'm 81 years old and i don't have the strength to carry the item to the post office. you called yourself a reliable company and now it shows that you are not. you try to scam people now. shame on you.
