You are sorry please your company knows exactly what they are doing. When we ask for help i get the same excuse. As for Buffalo courier they are even worse rubbish company. They send me a link which i cannot upload information on i've phone them i get attitude from their staff they are arrogant. They are quick to take my money now i cannot get my parcel. I will not order from Temu again. All they tell you is lies. I'm livid they robbing the people and have no shame in doing so.
