I placed two orders on December 13. Christmas was clise and it was clear they would NOT arrive by Christmas! They offered me a refund. I accepted but now, the only thing I can see on my orders is where they were refunded! It won't ket me see the status of where they are!!!! I joined a chat with customer service and they said they have no way of tracking my orders!!!! They don't even know if I'll get them!
