I keep getting this when querying my payment made.
We noticed that a payment of R701 on Mar 6, 2025, 2:02 pm was unsuccessful. If there's anything we can do to assist you in resolving this, please don't hesitate to let us know.
I confirmed with my bank and the payment was definitely made. I am trying to give proof of my bank record but keep getting the same computer generated answer. I need someone to go and find my payment made. Its like trying to talk to a rock!
