I ordered a dress in 2 different colors same dress was sent ,dresses were inferior in quality, thread was unraveling and when attempted to reach I encountered aggravation, site was not user friendly,so I contacted PayPal which I use for buyer’s protection and Temu emailed me back and asked that if I removed the complaint and negative review, I would be reimbursed. So much time has been wasted, so Temu refused to refund. I choose not to do business with business that treats their customers as I have been treated, & am only to glad to let consumer beware doing business with Temu.
