Many of my order I bought before were of poor quality. Without temu's own review and hard to find return info, I had to throw them away. Later I found out that there was one return point, and the return time was very short, which was very inconvenient, so I had to give up. Now it's even worse. I haven't received some of my orders. I called as requested, but they said they would investigate and then hung up on me while I was on the phone with them. It's been a while and I haven't heard from them yet. I've wasted $, and the return period is short and difficult. Lost items are neither replaced nor refunded. I absolutely don't recommend buying from temu.com unless it's specifically for Chinese decorative items. PS. now they also charged shipping fee (even thought your order over $100.)
