Placed an order on 11th March and never received a confirmation. I emailed three times with absolutely no reply and even reached out via social media — again, no response. I eventually had to call them myself, only to be told that the order didn’t have the correct customs documents and was essentially “lost.”
Customer service said, “We have no control if the parcel gets shipped correctly,” which is just unacceptable. They didn’t offer to resend the order, no compensation, and honestly, no real apology. If I hadn’t chased them, I would have been left completely in the dark.
I originally said I would reorder — but after this experience, I absolutely won’t be ordering again. Extremely disappointed.
