Very negative experience. Ordered a custom sticker, it arrived in an unpadded / unprotected letter sized envelope, which meant the sticker was quite wrinkled and kinked; when applied it visibly shows damage. I brought this issue to the company’s attention and they simply suggested I smooth out the kinks more. Not good customer service.
