I paid for rush production and USPS shipping that said it would take only a few days, having no idea that this company was outside of the US. When there was NO movement on my production by Saturday (order placed on thursday morning), I wrote to the company via a webform on their website telling them I needed an update on the shipping so I could decide if I would cancel or not. They did not respond to me but instead ran the production order through, which I got a notification for on Monday. I immediately followed up and told them I needed shipping updates because I would likely have to cancel the order. Once I was told it would take TWENTY DAYS to get to the US, I told them to cancel it immediately. I repeated myself that I had written over the weekend and no one had responded. They have since stopped responding to me, refused to cancel my order or offer me even a partial refund. CRAZY. I would not ever be able to recommend them unfortunately, and I haven't even seen their product in hand.
