Disappointing experience – defective product and poor customer service I ordered a personalized vinyl rug from Tenstickers and was very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The rug arrived with visible damage clearly caused during packaging. I unpacked it carefully, but they refused to take responsibility, claiming the damage was impossible on their end. Moreover, the orientation of the design was not as I expected. While they claim the product page was clear, the information provided was ambiguous and did not make the impact of the chosen dimensions on the design direction obvious. After multiple emails, the company insisted on blaming the customer and only offered a partial discount for a new order instead of replacing or refunding the defective item. I found this very unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.
