Item never arrived, and finally had to request a refund (which was quickly at least)
When I first ordered, i knew there would be a slight delay in them getting the item, but this was waaaaay too long, and given the EXCESSIVE delay, I would expect them to initiate an explanation. I had to write a few times and both times received a reply that included this line: "We are currently preparing your order for shipping." But this clearly was not the case. Maybe it is not always like this but this is my one (and probably only!!) time purchasing from Tentworld.
