It obvious that there is a great call for online sales and that seems to be the focus, but this seems to effect instore sales service. The sales were very poor and I will be going elsewhere next time. There is no point in putting all your focus into unloading pallets if your customer service is effected. Leaving a guy at the front desk who is Just interested in online tells me that you are not interested in face to face sales. I will go somewhere else next time.
