I actually ended up with purchasing the item at Tweedhead Tentworld,
those team members were not too bad but honestly I wish I could make a purchase at Brown Plains as Brett from Brown Plains was so helpful over the phone. he tried to help as much as he could to find the item I inquired even though his shop's stock was out already.
