Customer service was good. I called up to see available tents and they put one on hold for me to pick up later.
However the product itself:
Coleman instant up 8p silver series tent, is disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
The tent is roomy and very easy to pitch and pack away but the 1500 water rating of the outer sheath leaks when it rains. We had only light rain over night and the tent didn’t hold up and our bedding got wet. I would not recommend this tent.
