Order process was very easy. The delivery process from Toll Ipec was absolutely appalling. Two items of three arrived but no comment or explanation on the timing of the third item. Toll’s call centre was useless and did not want to help me with my questions. I could see the information online that they were telling me yet they refused to give me more information….what is the point of a call centre when no one can help? Tentworld staff assisted me when I rang. They were very very good. Toll Ipec continued to be completely useless. One day the third item appeared…not even tracked via the Toll app. I will buy directly from Tentworld and only online again when they change their useless transport provider. It was the worst service I have ever received from a transport company.
