you have a great store and well supplied, the downfall is with online shopping the delivery service lets you down, it took over 14 days (from the time it was picked up in Brisbane) to me receiving the item from Brisbane to Mooloolaba and I suspect if I didn't chase it up, I would be still be waiting for it. This isn't the first time I have had to chase up items.
This is not going to stop me shopping at your store, it just means, if you don't have the item on the floor I will go eslewere. Cheers
